I agree, I think he should have been up by now so it's definitely his turn

For the record, bingo hadn't swayed my vote in any way.

Went with Billins. He was decent in the AHL and not a terrible call-up. I am more familiar with him than anyone else on the list.

Went with Ramage.
This is my last vote. The rest are never going to be more than AHL depth players. Voting on their ability as NHL prospects is moot.

Getting tough now. We likely wont see 30 NHL games combined between the all the guys left on the list.

While they are longshots to have NHL careers, saying they have no chance makes no sense, imo.

Don't forget that Ortio finished 30th last year and now actually looks like he could be an NHL player, so someone here could surprise this year. That said, it's pretty tough voting now as I have almost no real knowledge of any of the guys left on the list.
Any poster who makes a reasonable argument for someone left on the list has a good chance of swaying my vote.

Austin Caroll. He had a lot of work to do, but he had the passion and fire to become an energy player in the NHL

Really surprised at the lack of love for Ramage. I think I voted for him back at #11 or 12 and he's still here.
He was #16 last year. Can someone fill me in on why he's fallen in CP's estimation so much? Don't know alot about his performance this last season...

Other prospects have surpassed him. He's regressed whereas a lot more other prospects have improved.

He's getting older (as far as prospects go) and he looked bad in the AHL last year and had to be demoted to the ECHL. I think he has a chance to be a depth dman but I wouldn't bet on it. He'll need to have a strong year this year in the AHL if he's to even get a qualifying offer next summer IMO.

This is why you're surprised. He was #16 last year because hopes were high with him graduating college and coming into his 1st pro season. Unfortunately, he didn't look comfortable in the AHL and was eventually demoted to the ECHL.
I'd be curious to see a list of NHL dmen who played ECHL games during their 23 year old season, and what kind of players they turned out to be.
