I showed ADD and moved to Reinhart
I see him as similar to Agostino and more proven. Granlund still has the height worry for me.

Granlund again, it's his shot.

It was between Granlund, Agostino and Breen for me. Breen most likely can become a #3/4 defenceman, whereas Granlund and Agostino will probably max out as 3rd liners, if they make the NHL at all. I also think Breen is more of a sure thing to make the NHL than the other two. Because of that, it was a pretty easy choice for me. It's Breen for me.

for me, the choice was between agostino, reinhart and brossoit.
went with reinhart, his play in his limited games with the big club provided a lot of optimism on him becoming a high motor 3rd line C.

I think Granlund might be a rad over rated here. He had a good camp and he has decent skill but he is still a long shot to make the NHL and has a limited upside for a top 6 or bust prospect.

Granlund until he goes off the table.

Granlund playing is playing in a fairly good league. You could see in development camp that he is a pretty smart player by the choices he made. He has a quick release which only helps his cause. If he continues to progress I think he will be a player.

Perhaps, but that's why he's fighting for the 12th spot on this list and not Top 5. At this stage, all the players will have some sort of hole or question mark surrounding them. If everything works out as planned though, I think he's the best potential prospect of the guys who are left.

I think based on career accomplishments, it has to be Ramo at this point.

It doesn't matter if he is fighting for 1 or 55. That isnt relevant. What is relevant is how he compares to the prospects still available.
Granlund wasn't on to many people's radar. He had a decent development camp and now he is. Just seems a little flavor of the moment to me.
That said I don't have him ranked much lower then 12. But I do think better prospects are still available and I do think he is being a tad over rated due to some recent hype.
All my opinion of course.

He was also one of the leading scorers at the WJC, so I'm sure that's factoring into it as well.

Fair enough. And I agree that he probably has the highest offensive ceiling of the forwards remaining.
I just think he remains a long shot to make the NHL. Agostino might not have the same offensive ceiling but he is much more versatile with a much better chance of making the NHL. He just doesn't have the same hype factor going for him.
But again, I don't think Granlund is being grossly over rated or is completely out of place rated as the 12 best prospect.

as recent as two summers ago Max Reinhart was the best or one of the best prospects in the organization; I think many are going with the flavour of the day; he should have been in the top 10

Can we stop with the over-rated/hype accusations with every single pick? Seems like we've been "overrating" every single guy as we work our way down the list. Perhaps these are just the prospects that people think are the best based on what they've seen or read, and that's that.

I think the fact that Reinhart struggled to find his offensive game at the pro level is what is lowering his rating here. I liked his game during his call up at the end of the season, but he still has a ways to go before making it as a regular. Then add in the huge influx of players through trades/draft and it's understandable that he's slipped a ways.
