As for the choice...i havent seen any of the most recent camp and going back a couple years it seems that even now Kylington makes major gaffe after major gaffe while sprinkling in moments of brilliance. That, IMO, simply disqualifies him as a major prospect til it changes to more consistency.
There are more sure things ahead of him both defensively and possibly offensively..

Kylington for me, followed by a coin flip of Rittich or Fox.

I wouldn't have Kylington this high personally. Literally none of the red flags that caused him to drop in the draft have been addressed. Even according to people at the development camp, where he should be dominating, he was still making gaffes that NHL defenseman simply do not make. This is after two years of professional hockey. His performance at the world juniors was the same. Makes some nice plays and then a very bad one.
Great skater with decent offensive skills, but nowhere near skilled enough offensively to justify the liability at the NHL level at this point. If he does make it, he has whipping boy written all over him.

I went Kylington because I think they'll reign him in and if so he's can't miss but the guy I was tempted to vote for based on yesterday is Dube. Kid is really coming on.

Kulak for me. He still has #4/5 D potential and I expect him to play a full season in the 6/7 spot this year.

Kylington. He's my darkhorse pick to be the #6D this year.

Kulak is an interesting case for sure. His position in this poll reminds me a lot of Grandlund in 2015. Grandlund was looking like he was next to make the team, but younger forwards had a more promising trajectory. As a result he was only ranked 8. The same could be said for Kulak, the 6/7 spot is his to lose, but younger Dmen in the system might be better players eventually.
IMO kulak is not a top five prospect, but at the same time he is probably the most likely of who's left to crack the opening night roster.

It was tough between fox, kulak and Rittich for me but out of those I had to go with NHL ready. If Fox puts up another season like last and takes another step in his 200ft game, he will be a top 2 prospect for me.

I went kylington this round. His speed and skating remain above his peers.
I think Foo is an interesting player to rank. Is he a UFA and not a prospect? I would define him as both. Depending on how camp goes, he could be the first call up player at the beginning of the season. His lack of history in the Flames system makes him difficult for me to rank, but he has to be soon.

I completely neglected to vote in the last round, even after I said I was voting for Valimaki.
Things get really though at this point. Gillies is still a top-5–10 prospect, as is Kulak, but with a bunch of other players starting to push they will likely not be slotted as high as they perhaps should be.
I voted for Kyllington. His ceiling is too high for me to ignore.

Voted Gillies, expecting a strong season from him. On a side note, it's pretty cool we have so many quality prospects down at the #5 spot.
