Hate using this word to describe meat but part of the reason I compared it to Korean chicken was how “juicy” it was. Pretty much perfect cook. Not the Macleod location.

I like dry chicken. Dry turkey, too. People who prefer their poultry moist are basic and nasty (objectivity speaking; no judgement from me).
