I saw today the former Sobeys on 32nd Avenue NE, (right next to the Peter Lougheed) that has sat empty for over a decade is now turning into a Dollar Tree.
Orange you glad I didn't say turning into a Dollarama?

How the hell does that company stay in business? Its got to be a front or something.
You cant have huge retail stores selling garbage for nothing and still pay rent.
