Holy #### I didn't notice how after going around Walman Marchand used his stick to put weight on Walman's skate to keep Walman from turning into his path interfering with his deke. Sends him straight towards the net while he dips to the right and sneaks the puck in. How the hell does he do so many things in such quick succession? Incredible.
I need to find out what the hell is in a Dairy Queen Blizzard.

If they start Pickard, game 4 might be Stu's last in an Oilers jersey.
Pickard's weakness seems to be the five-hole, and the fact that he's a back-up goalie.... But the oil seem to have given up on Skinner- starting Pickard tonight seems to be the writing on the wall. Not sure how they'd go back to skinner after losing again tonight. And Pickard wasn't horrible. But not outstanding either.
I'm sure they are waiting for Carter Hart to be available for next year, maybe some of the other WJ trial guys as well as the Oilers don't care about morals. What's a sexual assault among bros, after all? Right Evander and Perry? But that's next year.
To be fair Stu seems like a good guy, despite how grease fans have treated him, he's sure no Mike Smith.
I think they go back with Pickard and hope and pray the refs fall for the patented Oilers diving.
Ah, Ok that's fair. Entirely oilers-cheerleading broadcast. Simpson is still worse though.
Please end this tuesday Panteros. We don't need more hype and oiler fanboying going later than tuesday and back to stinkland. Crush them and we can all go on and enjoy our summers.
If you're a true Flames fan there's no reason not to love this Florida team. My work is filled with Coiler fans. Both die hard and band wagon jumpers. I'll be wearing a Florida Panthers T-shirt when they win the Cup and proudly parade it around my work place. Lol

My cousin's husband- (Edmonton fan) to me tonight: "So, nothing about Edmonton in the finals excites you, nothing? Not even having a Canadian team in the SCF?"
"Nope, not at all. This isn't the olympics, it's not an international competition. Born and raised Calgary fan, provincial rival since the 80's. So.... no". Guy still seemed puzzled.
I had the same conversation with my sister in-law earlier today. I educated her and she understands my way of thinking now. Lol

As much as I want to see Marchand, Bennet and Tkachuk hoist the cup at Rexall Place, yeah please take the grease out in 6.
I'd rather the Panthers just take it in six as well, but if they lift it in Rogers Place they would be the second Florida team to do so before the Oilers did.
What a night! Iowa was visiting me for a fly fishing expo in Lundbreck and fishing the Crowsnest. We watched the first period at the expo banquet - many people were from Lethbridge. When FLA scored first I clapped and the quiet room stared at me. Said we were “Calgary Boys.”
Earlier we talked to a Flames fan on the river, and we talked about how we could never cheer for the Oilers. He said the fishing was good, so we left the expo early. It was a legendary night. Great weather (no wind), and we loved the hockey updates between a few nice fish. Stopped at the liquor store for beer and champagne and watched the game in 30.
For Father’s day - more fish and cigars?

My line whenever anyone asks me anything like this is, "I literally couldn't care less what the Oilers are doing. Are they still playing?" Shuts the conversation down real quick and I don't have to talk to Oilers fans.
But I do care, and I am watching... haha. Need Florida to put this away.
I don't text my Oilers loving friends about the games at all except a cat emoji when the Panthers win.

Thought it was safe to turn on the game at 4-1 with 4 min left. Oh…lovely, Greasers scored. Turned it off again. Sorry…won’t do that again!

You guys get it. Thanks for your contribution.

The clowns at Sportsnet recruiting Oilers fans to stand in front of the camera to cheer is pathetic. The grease pit, meth pit, hepatitis hideaway, whatever you call it, is empty. Oilers fans are not super heros. Just stop.
First time hearing this and am saving it to the lexicon forever. Thanks!
