It's going to take a "REAL" offer to move Andersson, teams thus far have tried to make it seem like they're doing Craig a favor by taking them off his hands at this point.

Forget that the player sucks. We have Zary on the 4th line tonight, so what is the expectation here continuing to chase mid players like this. Unless it is a player for player trade we have no room.

Insider is a tough term. It's often do you talk to people that have more knowledge than you do. Last year I was tweet quoted on here about Markstrom and NJ because of the rumors here and I have a friend who covers the Devils (From back when I covered Calgary years ago.) that let me know that yes NJ was serious etc etc. It's just silly season and everyone gets excited for a juicy rumor. But yes some folks do end up having real connections closer to the source.

Hanley is the best of the rotating 5-6 guys on the team. Yes, he'd be an adequate 7 D. He can even probably play 6 full time with the right guys ahead of him. Right now he's playing 4D minutes when with Weegar and that is why Conroy would be looking for a "depth D".

NJ isn't trading Casey and Nemec for Rasmus. He just isn't that good.

Jiricek still got a good return despite asking to be traded.

Because Cozens is 24 and doesnt suck...he is a prime change of scenary candidate if there ever was one

All the underlying stats show he peaked, and he is playing to the level he always has.
