Funny, as season ticket holders we have participated in several surveys and questionnaires over the years on a variety of topics from the entertainment package as a whole to the design of the new Event Centre.
On this most important issue however to my knowledge the Flames did not reach out to season ticket holders and others to solicit their opinions. The Jets did.
Needless to say I’m very frustrated.

I admit I’m working off a few months of 3-6 hours sleep per night due to toddlers, and I’ve had a half bottle of wine tonight, but I recall completing a survey about what I would require/prefer in order to go back to the ‘dome post-Covid.
I thought the Flames sent it out…
I thought it included vaccines, masks, etc., as options…

Look at all the side effects for other fully tested vaccines
https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vac-gen/side-effects.htm
Any side effects happen shortly after injection, I can't find any vaccine on that list with significantly delayed (weeks/months) adverse reactions. There's also this
https://www.nationalgeographic.com/s...ting-the-shot-
Quote:
“Side-effects nearly always occur within a couple of weeks of a person being vaccinated,” says John Grabenstein, director of scientific communication for the Immunization Action Coalition. He adds that the longest time before a side effect appeared for any type of shot has been six weeks.
“The concerns that something will spring up later with the COVID-19 vaccines are not impossible, but based on what we know, they aren’t likely,” adds Miles Braun, adjunct professor of medicine at the Georgetown University School of Medicine and the former director of the division of epidemiology at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
A key reason for this limited window of side effects is the short time all vaccines stay in the body, says Onyema Ogbuagu, an infectious diseases specialist at Yale Medicine and a principal investigator of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine trial. Unlike medicines that people take every day or week, vaccines are generally administered once or a handful of times over a lifetime. The mRNA molecules used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are especially fragile, he notes, so “they are out of your body in a day or so.”

I don’t recall seeing it. Maybe it went to select season ticket holders.

...as is the data of contracting the virus without vaccination.
The hospital ICU ‘s and cemeteries , all over the world, are full of them.
Those with the vaccine....a very very small infinitesimal percentage.
On their deathbeds, the non vaccine choosers finally see their foolishness.
Too late.

So you never took a probabilities course in school? I spend 30 seconds to Google a peer reviewed study to back up my argument, something you seem incapable of doing. Instead all you do is spout false or misleading information as frequently and loudly as possible. You and people like you are the reason we're still in a pandemic, rather than being on the other side with enough people vaccinated to achieve herd immunity.
God I hope that vaccine passports become a widespread thing. Then you and your ilk can wallow in your own ignorance without dragging the rest of us down with you

One side effect is you won't die of covid, so vaccines got that going for it.

That's not even a little bit true. Why would you post that? The vaccine has around a 90+% chance of immunizing you (against the simple variant), and a 99+% chance of keeping you out of critical condition (again simple variant). I'm not going to explain herd immunity here because you clearly don't listen.
Personally I don't want to go to a venue where 20,000 are sharing the same air unless at least 95% of them are vaccinated. Every walk through the concourse, queue for the bathroom, queue for the beers, let another person pass by my seat, have someone frothy cheering behind me....
Get the vaccine.

About 4K people in the US were hospitalized with COVID after being vaccinated. That’s .0003% of vaccinated people. 750 died. Do the math. It’s minuscule.

Bold stance to take sugar tits, yes people can die after being vaccinated, much in the same way pregnancy can occur while wearing a condom. The risk of both happening is vastly lowered using protection.
Were you one of the sperm that broke the reservoir tipped ceiling?

To use Texas as an example, the hospitalization rate for unvaccinated people is 735 per 100,000. For vaccinated people, it is 4 per 100,000. Speaks for itself IMO. Those are real numbers from the NYT database, not what a friend told me.
But honestly to call people that are skeptical about the vaccine “stupid” or “f*** them”or other name calling is a disappointment for this community. We can do better.

No. THEY can do better.
I'm not going to tip toe around people who through willful ignorance or whatever the hell it is - are going to be the VERY reason that we don't get this thing under control. THEY are going to be the ones that prevent us from returning to as much as a normal life as we should.
So no. THEY need to do better.
The decisions they are making impact us all. Their stupidity impacts our very lives.
So no.
F them.
Get the vaccine and be part of society. Don't get the vaccine - fine - stay the eff home and let the rest of us get on with our lives.
For those that can get the vaccine and are choosing not to - I've got no time for you and I have not respect for you. And I'm going to treat those people as they deserve to be treated.

Compensated for what? Still getting COVID after getting a vaccine?
Do you think your doctor gives you money if you still die from cancer after getting chemo?

Whatever for? The makers don’t guarantee 100% effectiveness. They weren’t killed by the vaccine, they were killed by a breakthrough infection of COVID. They should blame whoever gave it to them, if anyone.
