As I said to you when you burst on the scene. New posters that display certain behaviors quickly get categorized as trolls for a reason. You're working your way down the checklist and hitting almost every box. Walks like hulderfolk, talks like hulderfolk, smells like hulderfolk, usually is hulderfolk.

Completely news to me that you could own a home in the Continental United States and not be represented by a state.

The U.S. is in a situation now where they either need to grant Puerto Rico statehood, or let them go their own way.
After Barbados declared independence from Britain in 2020, many other Caribbean territories have seen an increase in independence movements. The U.N. declaration on decolonization also grants Puerto Rico international support for self-determination, so they would instantly get recognition and there is nothing the U.S. government could do about it.

Oh I didn't realize you were the same poster. I tried googling the hulderfolk reference and how it applies to Calgarypuck, found the original post but didn't understand it, and felt I offended you when I replied, so I took a break- as I think you suggested. No matter what I wrote, I was simply getting farther under the skin of a senior forum member, so I decided responding to you wasn't worth my time.
However, while I only skimmed you entire reply from the past but if you feel you're entitled to a reply, let me know and I can go back
I don't know why you have such an interest in me, but thank you, it is nice to be noticed as new member.
I get you are protective over this community, but as I appear to annoy you so as its the second time you have "called me out" I would suggest putting me on ignore?
Trust me, it isn't worth having someone online annoy you as I apparently do with you.

Suppose I'm Vladimir Putin. I'm definitely sending back channel signals to Trump that I will grant him and his extended family political asylum, protection, and a generous monthly allowance so they can all live like Russian oligarchs for the remainder of their lives in exchange for divulging American state secrets, right? Like this is almost certainly happening, right? And does anyone trust Trump enough not to commit treason over selfishly enriching himself?
Edit: I suppose the only reason why this wouldn't be a probable scenario is if Putin believes Trump is so stupid and ill-informed that he doesn't know any valuable intelligence worth sharing.

Putin's calculation is going to be whether the massive shock to the US and its democracy of Trump being proved to be a Russian asset, all be it a moronic one, is worth the cost of knowing the US will then make changes to make this kind of operation harder in the future

two things here:
a.) this will never not make me laugh
b.) it irks me that I immediately went "person comes first, then woman, then man!"

Trump is granted security briefings and secret service for life. Of course anything can be revoked, but I just somehow doubt Trump will take residence up in Russia.

I love the “which returnee is it that came in hot to a single thread” game. This should be fun!
As always my bet is they’re MrMastadonFarm. Confrontational, snarky, passive aggressive, playing the rules, it all fits!

If you're referring to me I am still pretty unsure what I did to draw the ire of this particular poster who has an interest in me.
I truly misunderstood something, asked for clarification as was told I was perhaps a troll.
But no I am not some past banned poster, if that is who MrMastadomFarm is/was.
I haven't treated anyone here with any level of respect different than they treated me or the person they were responding too. If I have, please quote it and call me out?

Maybe I am naïve (or cynical, I don't know what applies), I just don't believe we will see Trump in jail no matter what he has done.
Maybe, just maybe, some type of home isolation.

What value does he add to Russia? Assuming he truly was an asset it’s helpful to remember that when a useful idiot has finished being useful you don’t reward them you burn them.

I dunno, he seems to like hamburders, which is likely the pinnacle of his international culinary preferences.

To add to this, Russia's goals appear to be divide American. Taking in Trump would make it very apparent Trump was a stooge and perhaps unify America against a common potential threat of Russia.
That said, Trump would have invaluable intel as well

If Puerto Rico and DC were both added as States, PR would be the 31st-largest by population (between Utah and Iowa) and DC would be 50th, just behind Alaska and ahead of Vermont and Wyoming.

I would have agreed with you up until yesterday, if Trump had had any sense he would just quietly slunk off but yesterday basically he declared war on the US, granted with less awareness of his actions than my kids hamster taking a dump, but all of the establishment will want blood from him now, it is a self fulfilling prophesy by the idiot, he really is now hated and feared by the establishment, up until yesterday they were just laughing at him
