Biden speaking. He looks and sounds pretty tired (he starts sort of slurring when he gets tired).
Making it very clear he expects to win but hasn't won yet, which is good. Not sure he should be claiming victory in states that haven't been called by everyone (i.e. AZ) even though he'll probably end up being right, considering what Trump is trying to do with PA.

CNN and Decision Desk (not AP yet) has given Michigan to Biden. So all he needs is Nevada. AP has already called Arizona

Michigan is over (IMO).
EDIT: Wayne County moved to 97% my mistake.
