Laura Ingraham’s Descent Into Despair

At some point, her Reaganite optimism slowly hardened into something better described as a form of apocalyptic pessimism.

Quote:
The America of the present, as she sees it, is a dark, nightmarish place where God speaks to only a tiny number of people; where idealism is dead; where civil war and violence are approaching; where democratically elected politicians are no better than foreign dictators and mass murderers; where the “elite” is wallowing in decadence, disarray, death. The America of the present, as she sees it, and as so many others see it, is a place where universities teach people to hate their country, where victims are more celebrated than heroes, where old values have been discarded.

Any price should be paid, any crime should be forgiven, any outrage should be ignored if that’s what it takes to get the real America, the old America, back.

She wanted to retire when Hillary was President, since basically Hillary nominated her in 1993.

Wait, does she want the old America or the old Germany back? Trump is of German descent I guess.

Come on Joe, when are you going to stand up for the Catholics of Toronto? I thought you loved America.
So... Donald Trump isn't doing enough to protect the religious freedoms of Torontonians?

I fully expect the Congressman from York to be launching impeachment hearing about this!

FWIW, most if not all Catholic churches have already stopped handing out communion during the pandemic and have been practicing the physical distancing. You will notice that the article she quoted makes no mention of push back or disagreement from the Catholic church about the ban.

The same article goes on to talk about pastor David Lynn being arrested for his anti-gay preaching, but he has nothing to do with Catholics or the Toronto ban.

I never thought Catholic communion would be the reason the US finally invades Canada to liberate us from our oppressors.

Why aren’t the 2nd amendment screaming gun toting defenders against government tyranny doing anything?! This is the military, an armed government force, on the streets arresting its own people! is this not the exact scenario they have been shoving down our throats as the reason to bear arms? Why are they not on the streets defending the protesters and their constitutional right to assembly and free speech?

“But are there not many fascists in [America]?”

“There are many who do not know they are fascists but will find it out when the time comes.”

“But you cannot destroy them until they rebel?”

“No,” Robert Jordan said. “We cannot destroy them. But we can educate the people so that they will fear fascism and recognize it as it appears and combat it.”

Ernest Hemingway, For Whom The Bell Tolls (1940)

I know that for me this story is so unbelievable that I need to see it reported on widely before I can even comprehend it's authenticity. Not saying it's a lie just saying it's very hard to believe at face value it's so outrageous.

Probably around a million dollars- I think the reason I think the show Space Force is funnier than some people do is they do a lot of this type of math-$10k for an American orange in space- great deal!

this is what you call a test run, see if you find a few hundred thousand neo fascist morons in homeland security that will hit the streets and and maintain power illegally after Donnie boy loses the election.

Right now they are trying to work out what the Army will do, if the army stays neutral then these ######bags will keep Donnie in power, they dont need the army they just need them to stay out of it

It seems obvious to me that this will only provoke larger protests, with likely more video evidence of senseless violence against citizens.
