It sucks because Tapatalk doesn't support polls, and the desktop version is really janky on my phone and none of the buttons work properly so I haven't been able to vote at all.
But at this point I'd pick Wolf. His stats are great, and he is a competitor.

Went with Eetu... everyone in the poll is a complete crapshoot at this point, but it would be nice to see a big man with hands make the team.

Went with Zagidulin. Never seen him play, but his numbers are decent, albeit as a backup for a good KHL team.
Mikko Koskinen has a career .920 KHL save percentage. Zagidulin has a career .926 KHL save percentage.
The Flames 6th best goalie on the depth chart, likely 16th-18th in the prospect rankings, 842k goalie, put up better numbers in KHL than the Oilers 4.5 million starter…
In fairness, there is an obvious sample size / role difference between the two, but I still find this somewhat amusing. And who knows, the Flames seem to have slightly better luck with European goalies as of late.

Went with Zagidulin because as a goalie, he potentially could have the biggest impact. Plus he's played with men in a very good pro league. Plus his name begins with Z and also rhymes with Khabibulin.

So what you're saying is we should sign him to a $4.5 million/year contract asap, yes?

Eh, lets wait until the 27 game mark. That's enough experience to commit to a 3x4.5 million contract.

I wonder if Koskinen had the same equipment issues that Zagidulin did at summer camp.

Went with Lomberg this round. A player who can potentially step in the bottom 6 this year. I view him as the highest floor of the players left. I don't really see any true potential in the remaining players (Gawdin and Tuulola might be potential middle 6 players), and see most of the them being potential busts, or I don't know enough about them to vote for them (Roman, Nodler etc)

I voted for Josh Nodler. He is an intriguing prospect, and I have heard that he will be a beast and we will be very happy with him.

Zags because he's already played pro goal. No other reason for me at this point.

I think that we're just about to hit another drop in quality. I think it looks something like this:
1). 1-4
2). 5-8
3). 9-16
The tier we are on now is probably one of the largest. There is not a large difference in potential from 17-25. It's a group of players who a long shots. That said, this years drafted players likely have a decent shot at moving up the rankings after their next season.

I have no illusions about Lomberg's ability, but one thing I do like about his game is his skating. While he doesn't track to be more then a 4th line energy player, I think that his skating ability, paired with his edge suits him well for that role. Another aspect of his game I admire is his penalty kill, while we haven't seen much of it in regular season play, in the preseason, as well as in Stockton that was a big part of his game. Last year 4 of his 12 AHL goals were short handed, only 1 was from the power play. Also, FWIW his NHLe is 19 points, not great, but exactly what his role suggests.

Lomberg already plays like he’s 7’ tall. Could be fun to have him in the lineup knowing Lucic is there as well.

Went with Gawdin, but I'm more than okay with Zagidulin taking this one. He'll be a lot higher next year IMO.
After those two, Tuulola and then Lerby. Then Wolf, Nodler, and Feuk, in that order.
