Mormonism has far more in common with Scientology (to wit: they are both scams started by con artists) than it does with any of the fairy tale based religions.

The problem is that the speculation actually has some merit due to Bill`s total indiscretion.

A lot of the emails were to Sid Blumenthal, who is a close adviser to Clinton (not a member of the administration) - he was not using a .gov email.
I think someone posted a link to the searchable archive of emails earlier in the thread.

The New American Politics thread
He blew a microchip again today. From Daniel Dale today:
Now Donald Trump is defending his Star of David tweet. "It's a star! A star! Like, a star."
Oh wow. Donald Trump says the media is "racially profiling" by calling the star a Star of David.
Donald Trump: "My daughter is Jewish. I have grandchildren that are Jewish. And I love them."
This is absolutely amazing. Donald Trump says people who thought the star was a Star of David are the actual anti-Semites.
The Star of David controversy had been obliterated by the email scandal. Now Trump is saying "star" over and over. Maybe 25 times so far.
Trump did what Republicans wanted from him to start - bashed Clinton on emails. Then he threw his notes up in the air and reverted to Trump.
Trump boasts that he predicted Brexit. He literally didn't know what the term "Brexit" meant, and said he hadn't been paying attention.

That was certainly a strange outburst about mosquitos.
This guy is unhinged. He's just rambling again. He seems to be personally bragging about Bobby Knight's basketball record, as though it somehow reflects well on himself.

I wonder if that's the potential way to backdoor him at the convention, declare him mentally unfit to be nominee. Certainly a plethora of evidence available to show that he is quite mentally unfit. The level of insanity is quite breathtaking though, how his kids don't seem to want to intervene and help their dad is also kinda fascinating. Maybe they want him to crash and burn.

Ivanka did intervene and had his campaign manager removed but it sounds like that was more because he didn't get along with her husband. But yes they have been quite silent. But we'll get to hear them all speak at the convention because no one else wants to speak.
And now you have the inevitable being floated....Ivanka as his VP candidate. This from Bob Corker who decided he didn't want to be. Now her brother Eric is jumping on the "she'd be great" bandwagon. Maybe we aren't that far from a Kanye-Kim whitehouse....
They also need to lay off the "it's just a star" thing. No it was a six-pointed star overlayed on piles of cash from a white power message board/site. And it's been a half dozen or more times now that his account has tweeted something from known white supremacist sources. And of course his reluctance to disavow himself from white supremacist leaders that endorsed him. No Trump camp in this case "it's not just a star".

yeah Trump could have just apologized. Sorry it was an oversight, we didn't make the connection. Which was probably true.
But of course he has to fight it.

Where is the outrage for this Disney book? Is this the 'Star of David' also?
Dishonest media! #Frozen
Which he had stolen from one of his supporters. Lol.

Well I mean, Disney was known as a pretty big racist and anti-Semite.

Cummings gives heated indictment of GOP
http://www.cnn.com/2016/07/07/politi...ton/index.html
The ranking member of the panel, Elijah Cummings, raised his voice as he gave a scathing opening statement criticizing Republicans.
“Today, House Republicans are doing what they always do, using taxpayer money to investigate claims that have already been debunked just to keep them in the headlines one more day," Cummings said.
He also told James Comey that he had full faith in his work at the FBI.
“Amazingly, some Republicans who were praising you just days ago for your independence, your integrity and for your honesty, instantly turned against you because your determination contradicted their predetermined outcome," he said. “So now you are being summoned here to answer for your alleged transgressions."
He continued:
“Contrary to the claims of your critics, there is absolutely no evidence that you made your conclusion for political reasons … (or) based upon anything but the facts and the law.”

"Amazingly, amazingly, some Republicans who were praising you just days ago for your independence, for your integrity, and your honesty, instantly turned against you, because your recommendation conflicted with the predetermined outcome they wanted," Cummings said. "In their eyes, you had one job. And one job only: to prosecute Hillary Clinton. But you refused to do so. So now you are being summoned here to answer for your alleged transgressions. And in a sense, Mr. Director, you are on trial."
The Democratic congressman went on to compare Clinton's probe to that of retired General David Petraeus who pleaded guilty to charges related to having shared classified information with his mistress and biographer, Paula Broadwell.
"I give House Republicans credit," Cummings said. "They are not shy about what they are doing. They have turned political investigations into an art form. If our concerns here today are with the proper treatment of classified information, then we should start with a review of our previous hearing on General David Petraeus, who pled guilty last year to intentionally and knowingly compromising highly classified information. The problem is, Mr. Director, we never had that hearing. This committee ignored that breach of national security because it did not match the political goals of House Republicans."

And it looks to me like it's photoshopped. Looking through Amazon and Google images I couldn't find one image with a six pointed star. They literally all had the same "star" as this image

GOP = the party of investigating, obstructing and repealing.
they really haven't done anything else in years and now they want to have an investigation into the investigation.
