As mentioned above, it is important to bear in mind that the picture is based on a "vision" for the site, and not an actual rendering. I suspect that the broad outlines are in line with the Flames/Stampeders' plans (a single, massive complex that houses an arena and football field), but that everything else is fairly flexible. I would imagine in a concept like this that in addition to underground parking there will also be a need to erect tiered parking structures on the other side of the train tracks.

It would depend on what happens to that Bow Trail / Crowchild interchange. It's already a mess, and simply adding a stadium with a massive (possibly underground) parking complex would make it incredibly slow, not only for people getting to the game, but for anyone driving around in that portion of the city.

I don't know the area very well, and was more thinking about how many different entrances/exits will get you into the site, which doesn't seem like there can be a host of options.
