Don't know were else to put this but, the Flames' recent history with 4th round picks:

2008: Brodie
2010: Ramage and Arnold
2011: Gaudreau
2012: Kulak
2013: Knight
2014: Galiardi
2015: Colborne (or are Galiardi and Colborne reversed?)

add to that:
2014 5th: Russell

edit: some of those are trading the pick of course
