It just completely pelts for about 5-10 minutes in the NW, then there is gap. And then it repeats.

Don't know how to add pics but just went to the part of Douglasdale down by the river... Parking lot that wasn't flooded an hour ago is half way up to the road. I'd imagine the lowerhalf of Douglasdale should be getting order to evac soon.

Just got back from the river by my house. Most of the Bowness homes by the river are under water. Half the pathways are under water. Even the geese are out of the water right now.

and man is the Bow going fast.

Boil water advisory is apparently NOT for Calgary. Ugh. I hate how much miscommunication can happen at times like this.

Bad form on AHS's part. Calling it an advisory for the "Calgary Zone" and not giving any more detail than that.
