I can't beat you, but I can tie (except the sleeping with the admin assistant!).
Oh....and I live in Calgary and don't cheer for the Oilers or Eskimos. Game, set, match...I win after all!

We have the usual Casual Friday now... but I'm just wondering what perks your work has and what the best perks you've ever had were?

We have a bistro in the basement. They serve breakfast every morning (we actually pay $25/month, peanuts). The lunch specials are delicious. Every Friday at 4:00 is beer o'clock.
They also bring in a massage therapist and hair stylist 2 days a week.
...and more...

My boss loves me like a son. And when I brought in one of my best friends he got the same.

I work for the City of Calgary and love the RAWW schedule. I put in .5 hours per day and once every three weeks I get a day off.

Nexen?
Best benefit for me is every Friday off in the summer plus six additional non-designated Flex days. Also get a winter tire allowance every two years and a transit allowance monthly. Just wish they wouldn't have gotten rid of the free Perrier.

Three months of paid vacation each year, apartment provided and utilities paid, free use of facilities like swimming pool and ice rink, the ability to send myself to far off workshops when I see fit, return international airfare up to $1,500 to be used however I like once/year and free meals.
Even with those nice things I'm still not a big fan of the job and will be leaving at the end of this contract year.
Edit: I suppose to add to those, I live in what I think is a much more interesting place than North America and I make over 16 times the average salary where I am, which allows me to live a very carefree lifestyle spending wise and still bank 70% of my income each month while taking vacations to Hong Kong or having weekends in Shanghai.

Yeah, thats pretty much my life too. Kids....Do not get into drafting...worst job on the freaking planet. Well at least worst paying job in Alberta where you're expected to be a somewhat competent employee.
Although, I work with Oiler fans, so I do get to shoot fish in a barrel when it comes to the company hockey pool. It's a small consolation for an otherwise miserable life.
