I'd like to get on and play some, but every time I've tried to play online I get "signed off" in the middle of the game

yeah, for some reason all my other sites updated correctly, but this did not.
i was able to confirm it by visiting via proxy and saw your message in the chat.
my apologies. for some reason it seems most dns servers managed to lose the site. i am hoping by morning things are ok.

But my NHL 09 New Year's resolution is to take better care of things in the defensive zone, k?

Hey just a bit of a lurker here, set myself up with a PS3 and NHL 09 and I'm looking to play this "Be a Pro/EASHL" mode.
Thanks in advance and see you online.
PS Go Flames!

according to the logs, you joined the team on 12/30 and left the team on 1/1

Hey I dont know where to stick this, I guess this thread will have to do. I remember someone telling me that in '08, in the play-offs the Saddledome crowd would become the Sea of Red. Well I just made the dance in '09, and was disappointed to see this was not the case. Did they just forget to add it for '09 or something, or did they never have it in the first place and the guy who told me that was OTL? Either way, that's dumb they don't have it in the game. It would be a really cool feature.

I remember hearing that EA took photos of the C of Red. But I can understand why they wouldn't use it in the game. That kind of difference would be perceived as a bias towards the Flames, as cool as it would be.

It's not about bias. Other teams we're gonna have the team colour represented in the stands like Phillys orange crush. It's been in the plans, but for whatever reasons it hasn't made it into the game yet.

Well, I finally bought a PS3 over the holidays and plan to get NHL shortly. I've been playing the demo a bit to get used to the new control scheme (I haven't really played much NHL since 05ish). Looking forward to playing some games with fellow CPers. Do you guys use headsets to talk to each other during the games?

There are a bunch of us that do have the headsets, tho the conversation usually isn't about the game at hand

Or getting upset at me for royally sucking, and using my "special moves" so often!
But hey, I'm the only one I've seen score by checking an opposing player with the puck into the net!

Unless something has gone horribly wrong over the last week and a half, its not that bad anymore. Atleast you got out of the triple digits

quit hogging my penalty box! I had just gotten it the way I like, and then go on an extended leave, and nothing is where I left it!
the L2 fix has helped me a lot, and reduced my PIMs/game substantially

I hate you BTW.

Haha I thought you had it poked off your stick. Now that you've admitted it, it's even more awesome. You won't get your legend card with plays like that koop.
