NHL '09 EASHL CP Team (PS3)

Hey fellas, figured this would be a good place for people to express their interest and/or discuss an online team for NHL '09.
I'm sure all we'd really need is 25 people or so to ensure that we'd never be stuck waiting for more people to come online to make a full team.
Hopefully we can get some rough numbers (and a couple guys willing to play goalie) so nobody goes elsewhere to look for a team to join.

I don't think we need to go into great detail about what our player will be like, but gamertag and position will get us started, I'll try and keep the first post updated with a running list of who's in.

I'm not too picky on the position. I believe that we are able to have multiple positions with different characters for each, so I'm probably going to level a center, winger, and defencemen. Center and D-man are musts.

Since this inst real hockey I can play defence because the players will automatically be able to skate backwards well

I dont play a whole lot, so depending on the times we'd be looking at will have a big part in determining if this is something I can really commit to

Position- Would rather forward but D would work as well. I do like to go for big hits a lot and usually get them but sometimes can be left out of position like bubba used to haha. Never tried goal and don't really want to lol.

I don't think positions are really TOO important.
In a perfect world we'd have enough of each position, but you're not locked in to anything as far as I know.
I just read the IGN review from yesterday and it says picking a position for your player is "first-come, first-served" on a game-by-game basis.
It'd be nice if we didn't have to fight over who played what, but it's not a big deal.

Game comes out on September 9th.
This game should be pretty easy to get the hang of, as really you're only controlling one guy, rather than trying to switch back and forth.
All the same, there's no real skill requirement, so everyone is welcome.
You could always just be a goalie

I'm in, but I won't be getting my PS3 until I get back from holidays near the end of Sept, so hopefully you guys won't mind a late joiner. I'll also have to be careful not to max my CC on holidays, or else it will be after payday at the end of the month

I'm leaning towards getting the PS3 version so I'm in. Just don't know whether I want to be a forward or a goalie. I've always made myself a goalie in past versions but I've rarely used goalie mode and don't know how bad I'd be at it. And I may not get the game until a week after it's release since I live in a rural area.
