There is a piece of really interesting video that was shown live on CNN the day of the inauguration. As Wolf Blitzer and Anderson Cooper are outside at a table, discussing the activities, what appears to be a large, cigar shaped silver object darts across the screen in the background, at what appears to be a speed much faster than aircraft. The Washington Monument is seen in the distance, and the object appears behind it and is quickly out of the picture.
The internet is abuzz with the story, although mainstream media has failed to address it, thus far. Perhaps they will. Today's corporate media seldom perform the function we once expected of major media. Now, they're mainly cheerleaders talking incessantly about stories that once were seen mainly on entertainment shows.
LOL, even they had to come check out the first african american president!
dont blame me, I voted for Kodos!

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Honestly, it looks like a bug that flies close to the lens. It's path and the perspective makes it a bit of an optical illusion.
EDIT: when I first saw it I thought it was a bird as well. I can see it pass in front of the monument, but I don't see it pass BEHIND the trees, it just kinda blurs out there.
The pics from the frames could easily be doctored.

Weird. I agree that it doesn't look at all like it's going off into the distance much, something that goes from close to far looks like it's coming down because of the angles.
You can hear a kind of clicky twang in the video too right before you hear it too lol.
With the # of cameras around on that day there must be other shots of it.
No reaction from the people despite it being a few hundred feet off the ground and moving hundreds of km an hour at least.
All of this assuming it was large and moving fast I mean, some kind of bug close to the camera would make more sense.
