Maybe.

The Onceler from the original Lorax. Always thought it kind of fits owning a web site. Nobody sees you but you're there every day.

Valimaki. If a 2016 re-draft were held today, would Parsons go higher than #16? Unlikely. How many goalies have gone that high in the last decade?

Will be pretty interesting to see where Foo lands in all of this voting. With such a limited opportunity to actually see the guy play, he may end up being unfairly low.

Why does it matter where he might or might not get drafted? He's a great young goalie who wins a lot. Great prospect.

Some of the reading on Foo this week has increased my hope for him. Wouldn't call him NHL ready, but I think he challenges the top end of the forward Stockton pool from day one.

Once he finally got on my radar, I watched Parsons play quite a bit over the last 2 years or so. Knowing what I know now, I'd draft him in the first round, if given the choice. He's an absolute beast. So agile, so quick, he's a joy to watch play the position. Brings me back to my younger days worshiping guys like Ranford. He plays goal the way it was meant to be played, IMO.
Like a Jonathan Quick clone.

I would love to read more about Foo, but my Google is overworked and exhausted. Can you please share some links?

Came down to Andersson v Valimaki for me with Fox, Foo and Kylington being in the next tier. Until he has a season of pro hockey, I just can't move Parsons past the top 5 (or more). He definitely has upside, but his probability of success is so unknown (even low), he's on a second or third tier. Once Gillies had his first pro-season, the shine got worn off a bit. Hopefully Parsons has a great pro debut season...

Just saw this on twitter. Would be nice if he turned out similarly!
Darren Haynes @DarrenWHaynes
I asked Spencer Foo if there's any player that has had a similar career path to what he hopes is in store for him and he said Jake Guentzel.
