At this point, I doubt they could get a capacity crowd in Glendale if they had free admission.

Maybe if they had free beer…

How does the forecast look for a new expansion team in Arizona? Will prices inflate to the point that they struggle to get the financing? Maybe Merulo or whatever his name is sells his rights to expand to another potential group?

If the Golden Knights can drop the "Las," then these guys can drop the "Lake" part of the name.
The angry salt shaker still makes me chuckle. Brilliant.

If the Anaheim Ducks could have that logo in the 90s the Shakers can have this one!

Now...the real question...do we make the salt shaker wear the Mormon under-garments?

Ah, we all make mistakes.

Look...I appreciate your passion for your team, but man...has there been a more incompetently run sports Franchise?

Well. Okay. Thats not true. They were better than Edmonton for nearly a decade, so there is still that. Presumably the Browns?

Its going to be an interesting de-construction discussion in terms on the finances of Professional sports, which, I think right now is in real trouble on a lot of fronts, not just the Coyotes.

The matching pants.

Featuring the innovative Drooperall™ codpiece on the exterior.

To honor local sports hero John Stockton, the pants should fit as tight as possible.

Absolutely zero chance Meruelo exercises that clause. He's laughing all the way to the bank.

Fans in AZ will never, ever support a Meruelo team again. He's the new Norm Green for the fans down there. They'll never forget him for losing them Keller, Cooley, et al. Not happening.

If NHL hockey ever returns to Arizona, it'll be in 2030ish when that clause has expired and very few former Coyotes players remain in Utah. And it won't be under Meruelo.
