I think Wolf being a 7th round pick bodes well for signing long-term with the Flames. They gave him a chance and he will return that belief with a long term deal.

If we were to keep 1 vet long term besides Huberdeau who probably is here for a long time, it is Weegar. IMO he should be the next captain.

Backlund might be here until he retires though.
