Is there another team in the playoffs that have had 6 PP opportunities during regulation?

I wish I could watch the TNT broadcast. I don't remember a time when HNIC broadcasts had this much homerism. The constant whining and pointing out infractions on Panthers for every little thing is getting a little much. Even Cuthbert was going a little monster truck guy everytime the Oilers had a chance in OT with his call ramp up to 11, voice cracking and all in hopes of making a goal call.

I'm watching on TNT. Kind of a botched call by Albert on the GWG which is too bad.

Watching a replay of the Bennett "infraction" where he fell on Skinner. It was Skinner who Kicked Bennetts Skate out from under him. And then proceed to flop like and absolute clown. And of course the fans are all up in arms about it. What a disgusting fanbase and team.

McDavid is doing his thing and Draisaitl is scoring. Not sure there is a 'next level' from the oilers outside of converting on more PPs. This is what they are. Pesky and dangerous, but no match for a Panthers team if it's at full flight.

Feels like the cats have been ramping up over the course of these games.
Tkachuk must be injured. He's not playing like himself. Fifth among forwards in ice time, less than Lundell and only slightly more than Marchand and Luostarinen.

Barkov is -5 so far. He has another level. He got cooked by McDavid on the 3-2 goal.

Lots of big game panthers have yet to arrive. All the toilet big guns are scoring I don’t see another level from them.

Was at a wedding last night. During their thank you speech the Bride proudly exclaimed “and the Oilers just tied it” and most of the room erupted. Save for me and a couple other fellas I know who are Flames fans. At the end of the night a bunch of people (who I knew were Oiler fans) were standing around outside. I couldn’t help myself so I walked up and said “anyone hear who won the game?” One guy got all pissy “is that some kinda chirp? You know damn well who won the game”
And I just plead ignorance
“No I don’t (I smiled) I just heard when they announced the Oilers tied it late but then nobody said anything about who won”

He's been injured since his stupid staged fight in 4 Nations.

A wedding party talking about hockey on their wedding day is cringe. Hockey is great and all but at a personal event it’s cringy. Just me.

Bouchard is just bad at defense. Makes a terrible read at the blueline. Could either pinch to try and keep puck in the zone, or fall back to cover the breakout Panthers player (Marchand). He stands there flat-footed like a doofus making himself totally useless. Then he stops skating one stride into his own zone and coasts to the net while his team gets scored on.

If the Flames were playing in a SCF game, I would just reschedule the wedding. My future fiancee would understand.

ZooBrew last night was also filled with a bunch of clowns. Puke orange jerseys and sweatpants everywhere. The dumb chants and hooting and hollering all night was ####ing stupid. Ruined a usually pretty solid night of boozing and wandering the zoo. The arrogance reeking off them was disgusting. I wish I was still there when the Panthers won. Just an embarrassing bunch of clowns.

I noticed that on the first replay, of course a Panthers penalty. What a joke.

To me it would be strange not to... Most weddings are planned at least a year in advance, and if that date just happened to fall on a day where an important Stanley Cup finals game was happening with a team that some of the guests or wedding party care about, you'd think it cringe to discuss it at the wedding?

The Panthers did a great job matching up lines on the road. Can't wait to watch them take advantage of last change on home ice.

Why are they trying so hard to make two words from McDingus’s tantrum last year (while people ignored him and put stuff on shelves) part of the every day hockey vernacular ?

Nobody in the room was listening, by all appearances, so why is Sportsnet obsessed with it, and trying to make it work?
Because Sportsnet is obsessed with McDoofus. Sportsnet's tagline should be "All McDoofus all the time". So sick of him!!!
