He was also the first one to really use his offensive players correctly
Sedins were the first to really get heavy ozone faceoff starts, they basically never started a shift in the d zone
Ya he doesnt trust young players right away, but once they prove themselves as solid two way players they get their time, he doesnt allow passengers

One year henriks ozone start% was close to 70, maholtra was about 20%
The defensive structure makes no sense, he has had multiple seasons with some of the lowest goals against in the league

I won't pretend to know him inside out as a coach, I'm essentially just relaying what I've read from Rangers fan this season and last. I'm sure a lot of it is frustration.
It's the stubbornness and unwillingness to make in-game changes that scares me.
