Vigneault's teams always seem to destroy the Flames. His Canucks days were a nightmare for the Flames a lot of the time.
From my limited knowledge, he seems like a good coach.

In the last 10 seasons: 3 President's Trophies, 2 Stanley Cup Final appearances, 9 playoff appearances (3 first round losses, 3 second round losses, 1 Conference Final loss, 2 Final losses)

Hes a top 5 coach in the league imo
His only fault he does have his favorites some people dont understand, in Vancouver it was aaron rome
He had a reputation as a defensive coach his first few years here but he always said if he felt the team had more talent they could be more offensive they would, which happened eventually they led the league in scoring and stayed strong defensively
I dont think GG is horrible, but if AV was flames coach this year they are in the playoffs
