It's a cop out, but that coming to light was a little more black and white with the organization admitting to it, it taking place in the same league, and within a reasonable timeframe? That way you don't go the racist route, but the abusive route. Then assign him to washroom duty after Flames games. He can keep his full salary he just has to do the toilets.
