Only if you bought it at the airport and it is unopened.

And I'm guessing airports aren't going to start carrying weed in their stores, so I suspect you probably won't be able to carry it in carry-on luggage at least. If you pack it in your checked baggage, maybe?

Pre-access testing is completely fine and does test for alcohol impairment. That’s where a reliable test for weed comes in.
Suncor is still fighting this decision. The current practice of drug testing will remain until a decision is made by a new arbitration panel.

It's a Weednesday!

Now, it makes sense why the Oilers home opener is on the 18th. The only way anyone could enjoy watching the Oilers is if they were baked out of their minds.

Yah the union appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada and they refused to hear it.

Already priced in. HMMJ is up about 2.5%, which is about how much it has moved up or down in any given day for weeks.

IMO, the days of eye popping gains in a short period are probably past. But the long term growth as winners and losers shake out will still be a wild ride.

I believe you can carry alcohol on board if it's within the sizes allowed for liquids and you don't drink it on board.

At least a year after smokable pot. Maybe two.

Is that not up to each province to decide?

Provinces only decide how it will be sold. Federal government determines the type of products allowed for sale.

I think the reason alcohol isn’t allowed is because it is a liquid. You can bring a carton of cigarettes or medical cannabis on any flight.

You can bring Alcohol as long as its smaller than the 3 oz or what ever allowable liquid amount is. Drinking it on the other hand..

Security always laughs at the wife and I when the see our baggie with a bunch of bottles of booze when we go on a vacation down south.

Or, you can take larger bottles in checked luggage.

Suppose Trudeau will ever spark up? And if he does, will he get banned from the States too?

Yes but once it is legal, I could see some deadlines being missed on the governments agenda. But, I'm sure they'll get to it later, man, relax.
