President Donald Trump's government moved swiftly Saturday to comply with a federal judge's order halting his immigration ban -- even as Trump denounced the judge.
The Department of Homeland Security announced it has suspended all actions to implement the immigration order and will resume standard inspections of travelers as it did prior to the signing of the travel ban.
Also, a State Department official tells CNN the department has reversed the cancellation of visas that were provisionally revoked following the President's executive order last week -- so long as those visas were not stamped or marked as canceled.
The State Department has said fewer than 60,000 visas were revoked since the signing of the order. It was not immediately clear how many from that group will continue to be without their visas because their visas were physically canceled.
Iran tested another missile today basically telling Trump to go and pound sand.
I would expect that there will be a military strike on Iran in the next month. Something small scale but punitive.
It's an interesting move by Iran. They clearly don't respect Trump or believe he will attack. Or alternatively they want the US to attack to prop up support for the government.
A war would be just the thing the administration could use to distract the population from domestic issues...I bet they would be looking to start something for strictly political purposes ASAP

Think the second part, any moderate elements of that country will either convert to rabid anti-american hatred and start supporting the government. Or it will give Iran's revolutionary guard to crack down on any moderate movements in the name of protecting the country from American lackies.

I agree with CC, this will lead to a military response, regardless of domestic political issues. All of Trumps cabinet choices are on the record as calling out Iran at one time or another, i just wonder what the end game is, if there is one.
They must have the Saudis on board, and all the gulf states have been very quiet throughout this immigration issue. I see linkage here.
So, trump just told the whole Middle East pretty much that they are the enemy and not welcome in the US, and now Iran is taunting them.
Trump does not have the faculties of control, pragmatism and mental sanity, and they've put Iran on notice, line in the sand.
This could turn out bad.
The American public has no appetite for another war, and Trump sure doesn't have the ability to convince them like Bush did. If he goes to war, it will be a disaster for him. Congress will neuter him as soon as they can.
Good thing Trump fanboys and Trump himself don't consider facts and realities

Americans are almost seven times as likely to be killed by a white extremist than by an Islamic one, according to one study.
Citing a 2013 study, the New York Times notes: "Right-wing extremists averaged 337 attacks per year in the decade after 9/11, causing a total of 254 fatalities."
According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, there were 42 militia groups in 2008; today, there are 276. Meanwhile, anti-government groups grew to 998 in 2015, while the number of right-wing hate groups grew from 784 in 2014 to 892 in 2015.
According to the Anti-Defamation League, "domestic extremist killers" killed more people in 2015 than any other year since Oklahoma City in 1995 (In fact, here is a list of radical right wing terrorist plots, conspiracies and attacks since 1995).
