If I were the oilers I’d start skinner. Has been meh, but at least you know what you are getting. Campbell too unpredictable and unreliable. As always, they’ll just try and outscore their defensive and goaltending issues and put the mcdiver twins on for record setting minutes. Their backs are against the wall so Vegas has a tough task. Will need to weather the storm.

They fixed it. It used to cut to a clip from the sitcom Step By Step.
Is that show even is syndication still? So random. Even if it is still in syndication through streaming, who would want to watch it with so many better options? I guess the NHL should just be glad that who ever was putting together the clip video wasn't watching porn.

I don't get how Oilers fans don't see how obvious it is that the Oilers are the NHL's sweethearts and the media also seem to be pro oilers. The NHL wants McPlayer to win, he's their marketing cash cow, if he appears invincible, scores at will, and wins it all there's big $ in marketing that. Oilers win the cup is Garys wet dream.
I don't think they are outright fixing anything but just doing subtle things like first PP of game and sneaky game management.

There is no doubt if you are an Oilers fan you are scum of the earth. If you want them to win you are scum of the earth. If you play for them you are scum of the earth. It is one of the very plainest and simplest truths that exist in the world, the Oilers and everyone associated with them are scum of the earth.

Pretty ridiculous that on a wide open Sunday, the 1 and only NHL game doesn’t start till 10pm in the East.
That is too bad for eastern time zone viewers. Let them do the complaining for once. It is wonderful to have a western primetime game involving western conference teams.

Hey now, Step By Step is must see TV in Edmonton. Very popular with fans who are still living in the glory years.
My USA contacts are telling me that with ESPN televising game six, they wanted this start time to allow Sunday Night Baseball to lead in to the hockey game. The baseball game is at 1700h Mountain time.
