My perfect scenario is Vegas leads this game about 6-1 with 3 mins left and then Pietrangelo gets ahold of Pissy or McReferee and KO’s them in front of their home crowd.

Yeah no. I agree Canadian teams get the focus on a Canadian network, be it flames/oilers/Canucks etc. More interviews with the Canadian team for sure. But zero interviews with the American team Vs 5-6 with the Canadian team? Only in oilers sportsnet land.

But it's interesting the amount of respect he gets as a player now as opposed to when he was a Flame.

At that time they just pumped up his bad guy character and antics. He provided a storyline.

Now it's what a talent!

He earned that in the 104 point season and even before it.

If TO and Edmonton are both eliminated then I expect SN to give Tkachuk the McDavid treatment the rest of the way.

Liked Chucky, but SN loves themselves a good star powered d-bag to rally behind. They have a whole ensemble on the Oilers.
