For those thinking of securing their under mounted sinks (I have the kitchen sink plus 4 bathroom under mounted sinks held together by epoxy (yellowish goo), Jager Homes 2013 build), I found these, which look pretty easy to install.

The owner of Truman Homes, George Trutina is Croatian. You should ask CroFlames to give him a call.

You expect me to believe that? His home is too saturated to burn properly.

Is it just me or is it outrageous that I have to pay to access each document for my own condo from the condo board?

It is outrageous, but standard practice. Had to go through it myself a couple years ago when I sold mine.

When a property manager has to produce the document, an administration fee is charged for doing it. You have the power to change that. Stand for election to the the Board of Directors and advocate for making the documents available online free of charge. Many condominium boards are doing it already.

I don't think you should have to pay to access them? It's just if you want copies of them that they can charge a reasonable fee, isn't it? I'd have thought you could look at the records without any payment at all.

When we bought our condo (many many years ago) we were given these documents.
Does that not happen anymore?
Keep the receipts and when the negligent party is confirmed get them to pay you back.

The seller had to pay to get you copies.
Polak keep the documents in case you want to sell down the road.

My understanding after chatting with Acclaim (they were my condo management co previously), is that the first set of copies is always provided free. But subsequent copies (hosted on a paid portal) are the ones you have to pay for.
Fair enough I guess, except the price they charge you is ridiculous.
Requesting a condo board keeping a binder set on hand that can be requested for photocopying etc. might not be a bad idea though.

They probably want updated one. Most of them change quarterly to yearly and you have to buy new ones or updates.

Some things stay the same, such as bylaws. Some will need updating, like condo board minutes, insurance certificates, financials.
However if you keep what you have this time you need to order less when you sell.
