See, this is the part that really pisses me off. It isn't like the return is staggering or they added any kind of legit prospect to the deal and Feaster gives them an out if they miss the playoffs? Stupid!

I'm not saying I agree with it, but watch for the Flames to be extremely aggressive on July 1st. Can't think of any other reason they wouldn't retain some salary because at this rate they won't hit the cap floor. They are going to be spending some dough this summer. It will be an interesting team next year with 2-3 very young players in the lineup and some mercs as well.
