I used to live down the street from him when I lived in Calgary. My neighbours and I kind of laughed at this story back in the day. Keeper got leg extensions back in 2010. That might seem mean, but him and his wife were such arrogant jerks in the neighbourhood.

You earn tax free 'returns' - Capital Gains, Dividends, Interest on money in the TSFA. At any point you can withdraw and invest elsewhere/do whatever

So effectively they are creating a 2nd TSFA for Canadian companies only.

You are WAAAY underestimating the value of a candidate that is attractive to a wider spectrum. I am very anti-Trudeau liberals for a lot of reasons. I am very Pro-Carney, and whatever party he is the leader of, because he is intelligent, proven, respected, willing, and able to lead us. We need people like this at the top of the chain. Trump is a happy coincidence for Carney and a disaster for PP, allowing the candidates to demonstrate how they would act in an emergency. One of them passed the test. The other came up with Boots, not Suits. While wearing suits daily.
