best buy.ca and futureshop.ca say releases september 11th. Most (if not all) new games, dvds, cds come out on tuesday's so it should be available the 11th. I bet wal-mart will have it tomorrow too. I can't wait for tomorrow.

The big chain stores are usually a day late with new game releases. When I was waiting for Forza 2, BB and FS didn't have anything on day of release, so I had to go to Superstore to get it.

Just a heads up for anyone who still hasn't preordered it. You can get it at Bestbuy.ca for $60 and be able to get Madden 08 for $30. I'm not a big Football fan but I've always liked playing the videogames so I picked it up as well. I'm not sure if the promotion ends tomorrow or not so I'd order tonight if you're interested.

I'm just going to check at work tomorrow for the online store inventory check, that and then I'll call Walmart when I get home see if they got it on time, will be going to buy Skate anyways so I'll check while I'm there.

Just called Future Shop at Deerfoot Meadows, they said its out on the 13th. Of course, when I was there this weekend, they said the 11th, so who knows.

atleast half the time the people at futureshop don't know jack about what's going on, I recall multiple times calling and them saying they didn't have stuff and going in only to find they did have it.

I wouldn't trust what a lotof Future Shop employees say. Maybe if you talk to somebody inthe entertainment department.
The websites now say release date is the 11th. Before it said it ships on the 11th. Who knows..

The more I think about it the more I figure it'll be there tomorrow because Skate is an EA product as welll and it's out tomorrow as well.
