Past experience shows that he's better off with the quack. I mean they did clear him to return to the game he was injured in after all.

Looks to me like it might be the first sign that he's losing a step. Guys are actually beginning to catch him so they can run him over.

I've seen a lot less d-splitting plays lately from McPuckHog. Maybe d-men around the league are finally wising up.

How long before the Oil turn on Ingram too? For some reason their fanbase is treating him like a saviour, even calling him “Kingram” now despite an ugly .892 sv% and 2.77GAA. It is great that him and Jarry seem to be the tandem that will walk McDavid out the door.

And Kucherov has now passed him in the scoring race. With McDavid and Draisatl the NG have a chance to win a lot of the games. But if one or the other is gone they are Vancouver/Calgary bad, and both those teams have better goaltending.

I think they fire Kris and let Coffey run the bench.

But does Coffey want it though, he didn't even want to come back.

He doesn’t want to be there but taking the HC job might be a clever way to get fired faster than at assistant.

It’s too bad the Pacific division is such an assortment of pure garbage. The grease will probably get in because of it. None of LA, Seattle or San Jose can get their crap together.
The Edmonton globetrotters do not deserve to be in the playoffs.

Prior to the Olympic break, 9 teams came through Alberta to play back-to-back games. For all 9 of them, they played in Calgary the first night and Edmonton the second. The Oilers went 5-3-1 in those 9 games (the Flames went 2-4-3).
Since the Olympic break, 3 teams have come through Alberta to play back-to-back games. For all three, they played in Edmonton the first night and Calgary the second. The Oilers are 0-3-0 in those 3 games (the Flames are 2-0-0 with tomorrow's game still pending).
There's one more Alberta back-to-back this season, with Colorado in Edmonton on April 13 and Calgary on the 14th.
