Trump is signaling he’s going to attack Cuba soon. Starting multiple wars across the world while bankrupting America seems pretty smart.

Cuba is an easy target, they are nearby and can't have much left to fight with. But it also doesn't really have anything. A little bit of offshore oil reserves. Havana Club rum is better than Bacardi. Cigars. I dunno what you would do with Cuba? Turn it into another Puerto Rico? Does the US really want that? It's got a massive infrastructure debt. Half the attraction to tourism there is that there are no Americans. Take that away and it's just another sun destination. Essentially the only "win" would be taking it away from "communist" influences.
