"The right balance is flexible and depends on circumstances," he said. "Done well, a hybrid model reduces the cost of government and benefits workers and all Canadians."

Extra notable in that Bruce is the one who personally chased PPoil from Ontario.
A fair comment I think, though we will have to forgive him for his comment on types of working models and their benefit to all Canadians, as we understand such comments are complete derailments and explicitly unrelated to Canadian politics. Do better Bruce. But thank you for beating Pierre.
