If we wake up to Kadri trade stuff going nuts tomorrow I’ll believe it lol
Would be tidy work if Conroy was doing both last week since Dallas was into all the flames assets

Canucks: we don’t have a Sherwood.
Flames: we don’t have a Kadri.

Any trade with Colorado would have to include Ivan Ivan. Just because.

Just because they have nothing else of value. Max Curran and Sean Beherens.

Should net around at least what Rasmus got, he’s someone who will and blood for the cup

Still better than a 36 year old centre at the start of next season!

Kadri might be disgruntled too. Play dropped off after rumours got louder.
Could be done quickly and for little return if that’s the case.

Kadri didn't have a modified NTC last season, so this return is pretty much moot. We were competing for a WC spot.

I like the thought of Dallas and Colorado bidding against each other for Kadri knowing if they don't win, the other team gets that much stronger.

I’m just happy that Coleman and Kadri have trade value. Not really sure where it will land though

Would be amazing and hilarious if they could get another North Dakota player in Will Zellers.

I want a five-man unit of Zellers, Sears, Woodward, Bay, and Eaton.

I’m not really complaining about the moves. I see Conroy moving vets and expiring contracts out. I’m not even disagreeing with their team culture thinking, but it is a bit of a double edged sword; you want the players and coaches to try to win and yes the culture is good but it also leads to …wins.
I’m more just frustrated that even with the selling off of players, the team still ends up in the worst possible position last year; finishing as the last team out of the playoffs with the worst draft position.
It’s more a frustration with the kind of bad luck this franchise has. I’ve been beaten down to believe that even if this team sells off Coleman and Kadri and Weegar this year, somehow they will still finish with 90 points and drafting in the 11 to 19 range. It’s like some curse on this team; we just aren’t allowed to have nice things.
