For all those lamenting over the fact that Ras hasn’t or won’t even be traded can you promise to not bungle up the trade thread when you find the next new thing to complain about?
Ras should be playing; this isn’t the trade deadline. If teams really want him they will pony up and pay the price. Otherwise it’s business as usual as it should be.

No the point of them sitting him was to send a message according to his agent. The message was that if he kept using his no trade list to veto trades they were going to healthy scratch him.
