The best fit for all involved IMO is San Jose . He'd be their #1, can pay him what he wants, and the Sharks have all sorts of goodies the Flames can pick from

I hope the West team is San Jose
OilFan81 has been connected in the past to San Jose and said he expected them to put in a more formal bid this week.
If I'm Rasmus I look at Celebrini and go "Yeah I want to be hitched to that guys wagon for 8 years".
He has that Crosby, Mackinnon, McDavid feel right now that it's just inevitable that the team becomes elite eventually.
