Just got my K-Pass renewal notice email today. I wish it was still free, that they used the money collected in the way they said they would and that they didnt open up some great trails to clearcut logging. Maybe I expect too much.

I've been watching the presentation and only 2 things come to my mind.

well almost a 1/3 of the money goes to just administering the pass. So there's some value add there.
