If this is correct:
https://www.axios.com/2025/12/03/eps...emocrats-owner
Who owns Epstein island now?
Little St. James was previously owned by venture capitalist Arch Cummin.
In 1998, the company L.S.J. LLC — whose sole member was Epstein — bought the island for $7.95 million, AP reports. He also later bought the nearby Great St. James Island.
By 2019, the island was valued for more than $63 million.
In 2023, the pair of islands belonging to Epstein were sold to a buyer, Stephen Deckoff, who hoped to turn them into a luxury resort, per Bloomberg.

In the BVI's next door you've got Richard Branson on Necker Island, and he bought Moskito Island next door back in 2007.Then there's Peter Island which used to be owned by Amway. If you sold enough air fresheners and toilet paper a trip there was one of the incentives.
Most of the really rich don't bother with being stuck in one place, though. They like their big boats. I've seen Mike Lazaridis(blackberry founder) and James Dyson's boat lounging around down there. Mike looked quite lonely eating his breakfast all alone on a giant glistening white super yacht.

It is administered via IV in the hand, causes swelling in the brain requiring regular MRIs, and one of the main side effects is tiredness.

SCOTUS clears way for TX redistricting, 6-3. There was a blistering dissent.
USA will remain broken as long as Court is politically appointed.

In dissent, Justice Elena Kagan wrote for the three liberal justices that her colleagues should not have intervened at this point. Doing so, she wrote, “ensures that many Texas citizens, for no good reason, will be placed in electoral districts because of their race. And that result, as this Court has pronounced year in and year out, is a violation of the Constitution.”

Whether or not Trump and merry band of dips***s actually listen to this advice is anyone's guess. Sadly, the decision likely won't be based on the actual facts or consultations. It'll ultimately come down to whatever mood Trump happens to be in on that particular day, or whether or not he's throwing one of his stupid tantrums.

Trump and his cronies want farmers to fail because they are buying up farmland from failed farming businesses. Mainly to make money, but also to control the country's home grown food sources. Think of it like Stalin's agricultural collectivization, but with a more fascist and capitalist twist.

Its basically the same reason kushner is included in the Ukraine russia talks, its not the peace deal he works on, its for the frozen russian assets and divvying up Ukraines resources after.
