Honestly surprised its lasted as long as it has. There must be some solid metrics around getting people there drinking and eating early

What prestige? Every city over 1MM people has some type of arena/stadium, or both.

Every time I see that building, I certainly don't feel like it's "our own" by any stretch. I see corporate greed.

Has the Atlanta Falcons cheap food model gained any traction elsewhere?

Womp womp.

A lot of things that make cities attractive serve corporate greed. That's the reality of living in a 1MM+ city. At least this thing also serves our interests.

For at least a period of time it will have the prestige of being the newest venue of its ilk around the league and a hot spot for big name artists, until it's no longer that.

Roger's Place had that buzz for a few years despite being a glorified bedpan that kept falling apart in places.

I think there is something there, to get more people in early enjoying some food and drink and opening their wallets.

Exactly. I can eat dinner at home or go grab a cheap burger at the game if I get there early.
