Panarin + Sanderson + cap

To Pittsburgh:

Meier + Pulock + Iginla + Nadeau

Without picks this season, I was looking for ways to add to my prospect pool and this move does that.

Interesting deal. Montreal gets the best two players in the trade, Pittsburgh gets more depth and a few swings on prospects.

I prefer the Habs take, but it's also more bullets in the chamber for the Rangers...the key here is for Iggy Jr to get healthy.

Yeah Kane wasn’t doing much and this deal also gives me some flexibility as I was at max cap and max cheese which is very limiting
Now I could take back some salary in a deal at some point
