Funny, I was questioning pulling him early when it seemed the team was rallying around him.

I honestly don't know what to do with myself now.
The Stamps lost their playoff game earlier today. The Flames have put to rest any hopes I might have had for an enjoyable season.
What do I do for fun for the next, like, 8 months? Being a sports fan sucks... I need more hobbies.
p.s. the Oilers just won in OT

-Super proud of this Jays team, they were not expected to be here at the start of the year, and proved everyone wrong. Super fun season, and into post season
-Umpiring this game was terribly inconsistent, balls and strikes were all over the map
-IKF was out, so close, but out
-Most importantly, Thank you Blue Jays

Heart broken. POS Snell talked about luck. How much luck did the dodgers get? F them. Bought their team.

Yeah there was little chance he'd come in and pitch at the level the moment called for, and that's when things started to turn for us.

I really out this on the offense chocking in too many key moments the last two games. Thier mo was station to station, next man up and they didn’t do that in situations here honestly a fly ball wins them the World Series. Dodgers pitching beat the jays offense.

Hate that I have to keep saying this but we knew that the Jays needed a legit backend guy for their bullpen at the TDL and they didn’t get it. It was a mistake then and not it really looks bad.
Hurts how close they were. A few inches here and there. But I enjoyed the run and how this team played. Be nice if they could get a better GM to help put them over the top

Beiber gone Scherzer gone Bassett gone Bichette likely gone. Then the regular turnover. Jays still have a high payroll and still can’t atttact players. Will this run help? Maybe, probably not.
To be 5 outs away and give up 2HR from Yesavage and Hoffman. Never mind yesterday.
This was there chance for this generation and maybe the next while. And it was all right there tonight and even with 5 outs to go. And then again in the bottom of the 9th.
And they may as well have lost in 4 now.

You’re just a bundle of ####ing joy.
Seriously give me a break. I doubt you were predicting this run at the start of the season, just brutal to come in here and proclaim no hope for a generation of fans.

Varsho cost us this series. Came up really short the last two games.

Yes! Sportsnet analyst just said ‘ might sound like sour grapes, I don’t give a sh*t, but the better team did not win’.

I mean for a Jays fan who is as big a Jays fan as we were Flames fans in '04, this would be worse.
To lose 6 and 7 at home being up so late in the game is horrendous.
Our game 7 didn't ever really feel like it was in reach even after the Conroy goal.

Ironic that the story going into the series was the Dodgers starters and it took all of them today to win

You can't leave 14 runners on base, man. That's absurd.

I can’t even imagine tuning in next year. Until maybe playoff time if they defy the odds and make it back.
To the diehards who have been invested for years thru all the highs and lows. I feel for ya.
I’m gutted

Yeah the GM and Shapiro are there for a while now, not going anywhere. Rogers has made many millions off this run and will be going back to this well that was this playoff run, for a decade or more, in selling hope.
