Gotta work these counts some more. Especially with their tired pen. No more of these 4 pitch innings.

Gausman looks to be in control of his pitches. Hopefully he can keep his pitch counts down inning by inning to extend his innings pitched.

Naylor's stance in the box cracks me up. Crushed that one to dead center though.

Need the bats to wake up a bit.
Gausman looks in control, but he’s almost two times through the lineup.

Every ball we’ve put in play has been right at someone

Christ. They had this guy on the damn ropes in the first inning and now he's taken less pitches to get through 4 innings than it took Gausman to get through 4.

Longer this goes a close game the more confidence the Mariners get. Long game 5, long trip, pitching all out of whack, this is a bonus game almost for them that they aren’t expected to win and the pressure is on the Jays.

If Jays can’t do what they are favoured in doing and that’s putting balls in play, Seattle will feel good about themselves.

Lots of hard hit outs. Can’t do much about that. Keep making good contact and they’ll start to drop in.

Confidence won't matter if the Mariners lose the game. They need to win this.

Both pitchers cruising. May be one of the fastest moving games I've seen, since the 1st inning.

Case of missed opportunities for the Jays. I’m shocked they haven’t been able to do more damage against Miller.
