Loving the addition of Scherzer and Bassitt. It just makes sense in the longer series. And now they have the flexibility of a true long man in the game if needed.
Bummer about Bo. That was such a nothing play and awkward slide. And so weird that he came out to play that day after the rain delay.
I'm getting pretty excited for tonight. Don't know how I'm going to kill these 7 hours lol.

Yeah if he can’t run he’s not lasting two more series. 13 days until a potential WS start so he’s got some time.
Nance was ok but a 80-90% healthy Scherzer or Bassitt is a better option in long or even short relief if required.
I thought if Bo was ready they might add him+Bassitt and go with 1 less pitcher. Bassitt gives you enough length to replace Bruihl and Nance easily. I would have been tempted to do that anyway and add Loperfido (and not Scherzer)
I just get the feeling Bo needs surgery, they’ve tried to see if he can go but after this time it won’t surprise me after the jays become champs that he’s heading to the operating table.
I think the jays are lucky the mariners didn't challenge that play at the plate. Raleigh looks safe in the replay.

These guys come in and it’s always a nice polite one. You serve them because you dont want to cause a scene. And then they become a regular and after awhile they bring a friend. And that dude is cool too.
And THEY bring friends and they stop being cool and then you realize, oh, this is a Nazi bar now. And its too late because they’re entrenched and if you try to kick them out, they cause a PROBLEM. So you have to shut them down.
