The fact that this is the first time many conservatives I know that have used their platform to speak up, despite a democrat lawmaker and her husband getting gunned down 2 months ago, children still getting shot up in schools, and children in Gaza still starving to death (all three listed having been influenced by Kirk’s rhetoric to varying degrees) tells me these people only care and show empathy for human life when it aligns with their worldview.

Fuzz's fault, he's put us in this pickle.

I hate to have to step in and explain how sentences work, but "that sounds like it would be an awesome thing for you" does not in any way translate to "request". But I get interpreting reality is a tough thing for some people.

Don't weasel your way out now, this is your fault and we all have to dill with it now. Which, you know, will be like for a day and this will fade onto page two like the other hysterical threads Fonzie started, but still.

Charlie Kirk called Murdering Kyle Rittenhouse a “hero to millions” and stated his acquittal was a win for Biblical values…

Well those tributes from a collection of some of the worst people in media has certainly moved me. If Andy Ngo and Drew Pinsky had positive things to say about Charlie Kirk, maybe I have been wrong this whole time.

“In 2021, while delivering a speech in Mankato, Minn., Mr. Kirk called George Floyd — the Black man whose murder by a Minneapolis police officer in 2020 provoked a broad racial justice movement — a “scumbag” who wasn't worthy of the attention.”

Journalist and college professor Stacey Patton goes viral by penning a stunningly powerful statement about how she was on Charlie Kirk’s “digital hit list” and recounting the horror that he inflicted on her.
We cannot allow this tragic assassination to whitewash Kirk’s legacy…
“I am on Charlie Kirk’s hit list,” Patton wrote to her 215,000 followers on Facebook. “His so-called ‘Professor Watchlist,’ run under the umbrella of Turning Point USA, is nothing more than a digital hit list for academics who dare to speak truth to power. I landed there in 2024 after writing commentary that inflamed the MAGA faithful. And once my name went up, the harassment machine roared to life.”
“For weeks my inbox and voicemail were deluged. Mostly white men spat venom through the phone: ‘bitch,’ ‘c*nt,’ ‘n****r.’ They threatened all manner of violence,” she continued.
“They overwhelmed the university’s PR lines and the president’s office with calls demanding that I be fired,” Patton wrote. “The flood was so relentless that the head of campus security reached out to offer me an escort, because they feared one of these keyboard soldiers might step out of his basement and come do me harm.”
“And I am not unique,” she added.
“Kirk’s Watchlist has terrorized legions of professors across this country. Women, Black faculty, queer scholars, basically anyone who challenged white supremacy, gun culture, or Christian nationalism suddenly found themselves targets of coordinated abuse,” Patton wrote.
“Some received death threats. Some had their jobs threatened. Some left academia entirely. Kirk sent the loud message to us: speak the truth and we will unleash the mob!” she continued.
“That is the culture of violence Charlie Kirk built. He normalized violence. He curated it, monetized it, and sicced it on anyone who dared to puncture his movement’s lies,” she wrote. [OccupyDemocrats]

Dec 2023 at America Fest, Charlie Kirk said, "MLK was awful. He's not a good person."
But according to the OP, Kirk was a good man…

Lots of empathy in this thread. Kirk would be disgusted with your weakness.

It’s hard to feel bad at all for anyone. Kirk died for his cause; his family are now pretty well off sans having to be around him; and in a few more days, one less hate monger in the news cycle.

I know, right? Can you believe it’s been two years since Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles on the 4th play from scrimmage?
