Haven't been outside yet, but my phone says it's 21 degrees.

Smoke kept the forecasted 30 high down to 21.
The cold weather vampires must be thrilled

When it’s coming from someone who doesn’t go outside you can’t blame them for not knowing the difference.

It's not too bad this afternoon at all now. Still visible but air index has improved to a four from an eight in the late morning. Is much better now than when I was out at lunch.

Just dropped through the thick smoke layer while landing at yyc. It’s pretty heinous here.

Well, outside is technically a hazard at the moment. So one would be smart to spend a little more time inside today.
This is really funny though coming from a guy presently logging his weekly quota of CP hours, likely from in an office or some dank hole where internet tough guys live.

Totally agree, however, this year was pretty damn close. Heard recently this is the least amount of smoke hours we've had since 2016.
Yesterday and today sucked but outside that, the only meaningful smoke days I can remember was a few in June maybe?
That being said, none would be far more preferable.

I know you're still in 1985, posting from your Commodore 64 but wait until you get to 2015! You'll see people being able to post on CP from outside their houses.
Btw, the rest of us are in 2025. Get your flux capacitor fixed and join us.
